•Identifiers/Contact: name, email, phone, address (if provided).

•Commercial: purchases, amounts, dates, renewal status.

•Usage/Device: IP, device IDs, pages visited, session duration, referrer.

•Cookies/Tracking: pixels, tags, SDKs (analytics, performance, ads).

•User Content: posts/messages in Skool.

Provide, secure, and improve Services; account/billing/support; transactional emails; marketing communications (opt-out any time); personalize content/ads; measure performance; enforce terms; prevent fraud; comply with law.

With service providers/processors (e.g., Stripe, Skool, analytics/ads like Google/Meta), affiliates, advisors, authorities when required, and in corporate transactions. We do not “sell” personal data in the ordinary sense. Some ad/analytics uses may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing” under CCPA/CPRA—see 2.7.
